1 - Understanding

To enable us to design a website suited to your personal needs which is both pleasing and user friendly for potential visitors we have to understand your business and customers.
For example, are your customers familiar with a certain brand of marketing or do you have a well-known logo that would make you instantly recognisable to someone visiting the site? You may have a slogan or advertising phrase that people instantly recognise? If so it needs to be on your website!
Information on your present customer base will assist us in designing something that would appeal directly to them and make their experience enjoyable so they return time and time again.

2 - Ideas

You are the person who knows your business or organisation the best. Your ideas will obviously play a big part in how we design your site. We will design you the site that you want, along the way, incorporating any suggestions or improvements we feel would be beneficial.
If you are unsure and don't know what you want, you could leave it with us and we will design something appropriate for you. At all stages during the design we will check with you for approval and this may spark your creative side and give you some ideas and thoughts as to how you want your site to look.

3 - Recommendations

There are millions of websites today and thousands more created every week. Each one is unique in it's own right and one of the most visual effects is the background. This usually loads first and is the backdrop onto which everything sits. It forms the main focus of the page and as such is very important.
It is important that your background reflects your organisation.
The theme and layout of your site is important, as is the navigation facilities used. Visitors want to be able to navigate through your site with ease and return to any part at any time so links are very important. That is where our design experience comes into it's own.

4 - Design

Using our extensive resources we will begin to design your site, checking along the way that you are satisfied with the progress. The design concept is infinite as are the combinations of backgrounds, buttons, borders, icons etc. We will use our expertise to plan and design the site that suits your company or organisations image and may give you several options to choose from. Whatever we design, if you are not completely satisfied we will change it until you are.

5 - Approval

Once the design is complete we will meet with you and give you a full demonstration, explaining the various pages and the site functionality.
Even at this stage changes can be made if you are not fully satisfied. We will also provide our expertise in helping you decide what works best for your site and gain your approval before proceeding.

6 - Publish

Only when you are fully satisfied with the design will we publish it onto the Internet. Once your site is published we will undertake a full and rigorous testing schedule to ensure everything is working correctly and that enquiries and E-mails arrive on time and to the correct place. We will also register your new site with popular search engines.
Once this is complete you will have opened your business up to the world and it's time to let everyone know. Include your domain address on all correspondence and corporate literature, include it on business cards and why not send out an E-mail to your existing customers telling then of your fantastic new web site. Encourage them to give feedback on their experience. That way you will be able to see if it is the right site for you and we can make any necessary changes so that it works for you and your customers.

Remember, once your site is published, tell the world about it!

7 - Maintain

Your web site is a living part of your company which can be added to or altered as many times as you wish and remember the first three changes are free.* Use it to highlight changes such as special offers, job news, competitions and promotions, company newsletters or anything else you can think of. It's your site, make the most of it.
As part of our commitment to you we will undertake to maintain your site free of charge for the first month. We will monitor its usage and perform regular checks to ensure the functionality of the site remains in tact. We will also notify you when your registration is due and provide assistance and advice throughout the year.

*A simple change to a site is normally something that involves changing or adding information on a single, existing page. A fee is charged for more complex changes. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and advise you accordingly.
